Please take time out to see this free exhibition. The photos are gripping. Up to now I can't seem to shake some of the images out of my mind.

The 2007 World Press Photo Exhibition is an annual traveling exhibition showcasing outstanding news photos. It is sponsored by the Konrad Adenauer Asian Center for Journalism at the Ateneo de Manila University (ACFJ) and the Royal Netherlands Embassy.

This year's winner is a photo by Spencer Plat (US) showing a group of youths amidst the aftermath of their bombed neighborhood in southern Beirut, Lebanon last August 15, 2006.

About 200 winning photographs are on display thoughout Metro Manila.
